UTILISING PUBLIC CENTRES
If you need to get someone on a course quickly then why not make use of our public centres. With over 41 centres spread across the UK each running at least one course a month, we can often find a place on a course at short notice, particularly if you need someone to get their qualification for their Personal Licence from the Local Authority. We also provide week-end courses.
Many corporate companies find it more convenient to use our public centres for courses such as the NCPLH as opposed to their own Training Dept doing it and having people travelling long distances to a central location, which can be more expensive in the long term.

TRAINING
LAW SOCIETY APPROVED CPD TRAINING
We are a registered training provider with The Law Society to provide CPD training for solicitors. We are currently running a series of workshop's around the country, for the New Licensing Act 2003. This attracts 6 hours CPD
PUBLIC & INDIVIDUAL CLIENT SERVICES
PUBLIC COURSES - Currently operating from 41 centres throughout England & Wales. - All courses are in working pubs to enable hands on practical experience. - Unlike many of our competitors our courses run even if numbers are small. We do not cancel even if we have as few as 2 people booked onto a course. - We have at least 1 course and often 2 or 3 running somewhere in the country every week including weekends.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES As well as offering individuals training we are able to offer several other services which include:

CONSULTANCY
We have extensive experience of all aspects of the leisure industry within our team, which enables us to undertake different consultancy projects with confidence. This includes:
- Employee Attitude Surveys - Both Company and Individual Business Strategy - Management Development Review and Recommendations - Area Manager Development Plans
Example Project Regional Brewer Managed House Operation.
- The Project Examine the current management development programme and recommend improvements. - This involved individual outlet visits and personal interviews - Design and implementing an attitude survey - Analysing and reporting of initial conclusions - Recommendations of new process including personal appraisal system.

- Consultancy at board level to one of the UKs top brewer/pub owner - The task: to advise, then create and implement a training programme for BDMs to commence a strategy of introducing a New Lease Agreement into an existing tenanted estate - Process involved : - Field visits to asses current knowledge levels - Assessment of likely customer reaction - Formulation of recommendations to the board - Debate and agreement for proposal - Assessment of risk element - Acceptance of training programme content, style and roll out plans - Implementation of a training programme for directors, operators and staff - Review and measurement of impact - Result: This company recently celebrated their 100th lease agreement signed, not purely down to Inn-Dispensable of course, but our involvement greatly praised by the board
