What is the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders? Under the Licensing Act 2003, anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol will have to hold a personal licence. In order to qualify for a personal licence an applicant must hold a licensing qualification which is: - Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) accredited and Government approved. BIIAB's new qualification the BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders, is both QCF accredited and Government approved, and has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.

An exam only cannot be booked through this site, for that option please call the office for a quote (bookings will only be taken two days before the course date if places are available).
