Designated Premises Supervisors - NCDPS
We are currently working with the BIIAB in trialing and developing this certificate ready to launch in April 2006. It will provide those that hold the position of D.P.S. information relating to the legal framework for the role, plus other relevant legislation, as well as their responsibilities in relation to the operating schedule for the licensed premises. This qualification will also include best practice guidelines for responsible retailing, including the responsible promotion of alcohol and practical sessions on risk assessment relating to the four licensing objectives.
The BIIAB National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisors (DPS) - Designed to be taken after the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders.
