Anyone wishing to sell, or authorise the sale of alcohol, must hold a BII Personal Licence. In order to qualify for a personal licence an applicant must hold a licensing qualification which is accredited and Government approved.
Our Personal Licence qualification (the British Institute of Inn-keeping Level 2 'Award for Personal Licence Holders'), is both Government approved and QCF accredited, and has been specifically tailored to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
